Snowworx provides professional snow plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and ice removal for homes and businesses in Minnesota. By hiring us, you agree to these clear, simple terms designed to ensure a smooth working relationship. We aim to keep your property safe and accessible throughout the winter season, but please remember that we are working with unpredictable weather. These guidelines help us provide the best service possible while setting realistic expectations for both parties involved in our snow removal agreements.
Working Together and Expectations
To provide efficient service, we ask that you keep driveways and walkways clear of obstacles. Please move parked cars and clear away items like garden hoses or toys before a storm. Timely communication is essential if your needs change. Our scheduling is entirely dependent on weather conditions; we start routes based on snowfall accumulation and local forecasts. While we work as quickly as possible, extreme weather may cause delays. Please note that quotes are based on the property description provided; if local conditions differ significantly or requires extra labor, pricing may be adjusted. Payment is due immediately after service completion unless we have agreed on a different billing schedule in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our routes accordingly.
Liability and Contact Information
Snowworx takes great care, but we are not responsible for damage to items hidden under snow, pre-existing cracks in pavement, or issues caused by conditions outside our control like extreme ice storms.
